Terms of Service

SendClear (sendclear.io) is operated by AmazeIT Services Pty Ltd (ABN 85 651 895 966, "we", "us"). By using the free checker or subscribing to monitoring, you agree to these terms.
The service
SendClear provides:
- A free instant SPF/DKIM/DMARC/blacklist checker — no signup required.
- Paid daily monitoring of a domain's SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and blacklist status, at $19/month per domain.
- Optional translation of DMARC aggregate reports into plain English, included with monitoring at no extra cost.
Only check domains you're authorized to check
SendClear is for checking and monitoring domains you own or are authorized to manage — your own domain, or a client's domain you're contracted to manage. Don't use it to probe or monitor domains you have no relationship to, and don't use it to facilitate spam, fraud, or spoofing.
Billing and cancellation
Monitoring is $19/month per domain, billed via Stripe, plus any taxes that apply to you. You can cancel anytime from the manage subscription page — cancelling stops future charges immediately. We don't provide refunds for the current billing period, but you won't be charged again after cancelling.
No guarantee of results
SendClear tells you what your DNS records and DMARC reports say, and suggests fixes — it's an informational tool, not a guarantee. We don't guarantee inbox placement, that your domain will never be blacklisted, or that following our suggested fixes resolves every deliverability issue. You're responsible for verifying and applying any changes to your own DNS records.
Service availability
We aim to keep checks running daily and reports flowing, but SendClear is provided "as is" without a guaranteed uptime commitment. We're not liable for missed checks or delayed alerts caused by factors outside our control (DNS propagation delays, a mailbox provider not sending a report, etc.).
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AmazeIT Services Pty Ltd's total liability for any claim relating to SendClear is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect losses, including lost business or lost email deliverability, arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that abuse the service, attempt to check domains without authorization, or otherwise violate these terms.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia.
