Privacy Policy
Last updated 25 September 2026.
SendClear (sendclear.io) is operated by AmazeIT Services Pty Ltd (ABN 85 651 895 966), an Australian company. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to have it removed.
The free checker
Paste a domain into the instant checker and we look up its public DNS records to show you the result. We don't create an account, don't require an email, and don't store the domain you checked or the result — the check happens and the data is gone.
If you explicitly choose "Email me this," we store the domain, the email address you gave us, and the overall result (pass/warning/critical) so we can send you the result and, later, tell you about SendClear's monitoring product. Email founder@sendclear.io at any time to have this deleted.
Paid monitoring
If you sign up for daily monitoring, we store:
- The domain you're monitoring and the email address you gave us to send alerts to.
- A daily log of check results for that domain (pass/warning/critical status for SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and blacklist checks), so we can tell you what changed since the last check.
- Billing information via Stripe. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles payment directly and is PCI-compliant on our behalf.
We keep this data while your subscription is active. If you cancel, email founder@sendclear.io and we'll delete your monitoring history — we don't keep it indefinitely by default after cancellation.
DMARC report translation (optional)
If you choose to point your domain's DMARC record at reports@in.sendclear.io, mailbox providers (Google, Microsoft, etc.) send us the standard DMARC aggregate reports for that domain. These contain only statistical data — sending server IP addresses, message counts, and pass/fail authentication results. They do not contain message content, subject lines, or recipient email addresses.
We don't process DMARC forensic reports (a separate, more sensitive mechanism that can include message headers) — SendClear only ever asks for aggregate reports.
Reports that need action are translated and emailed to you immediately, then discarded. Reports with nothing to flag are held only until they're folded into your next scheduled digest (weekly or monthly, your choice), at which point the held copies are deleted. We don't retain a running archive of your raw DMARC data beyond what's needed to produce that next digest.
This feature is entirely opt-in — the rest of SendClear works without it.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see aggregate traffic (page views, checker usage, checkout starts). It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you individually across visits or sites — we get counts, not a profile of you.
Who we share data with
We use a small number of service providers to run SendClear. Each only sees what it needs to do its job:
| Provider | What for |
|---|---|
| Stripe | Payment processing. We never see your card details. |
| Resend | Sending alert emails and receiving DMARC reports. |
| Supabase | Database hosting for monitored domains and check history. |
| Vercel | Application hosting and privacy-friendly analytics. |
| Spamhaus | Blacklist lookups — only the domain name is sent, nothing else. |
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone beyond what's needed to run the service above.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time — email founder@sendclear.io and we'll action it directly, no hoops.
Children
SendClear isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
