About SendClear
A free way to see whether your email is actually authenticated — and daily monitoring for when you want us to keep watching.
What it does
SendClear checks SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and blacklist status for a domain and explains what's wrong in plain English, with the specific DNS record to fix it — not just a pass/fail. If you want it watched going forward, monitoring re-checks daily and only emails you when something actually changes, and translates the raw DMARC aggregate reports mailbox providers already send you into something you can actually read.
Why it's built this way
The free checker needs no account and no card, and stores nothing about your check unless you explicitly ask to have the result emailed to you — see Trust & Security for exactly what that means. Monitoring is the same: no card to start the 14-day trial, then one flat price, $19/month, with no per-domain metering and no account to log into — your subscription is tied to your domain and email, not a dashboard you have to remember a password for.
That's a deliberate choice, not a missing feature: the things SPF/DKIM/DMARC checking actually need to be useful — accuracy, a clear fix, and staying out of your inbox — don't require an account system to deliver.
Who operates it
SendClear is operated by AmazeIT Services Pty Ltd (ABN 85 651 895 966), an Australian company.
