SendClear
For outbound & lead-gen agencies← Back to home
A quick walkthrough

You're accountable for reply rates on domains you don't control the DNS for.

SendClear watches SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and blacklist status on any domain, translates what's wrong into plain English with the exact fix, and — new — reads the DMARC reports mailbox providers already send you and explains them the same way. Here's what that looks like for an agency running outbound across many client domains.

01 — THE PROBLEM

Three DNS records decide whether a campaign lands in the inbox or the spam folder — and nothing tells you when one breaks.

A client's domain can pass every check on setup day and quietly drift out of compliance months later — a rotated DKIM key nobody re-published, a DMARC policy still sitting at p=none, a new sending IP that lands on a blocklist. There's no alert. You just see reply rates drop and start debugging copy and targeting instead.

SPF

Lists which servers can send as the domain. Missing or broken, and anyone can forge mail that looks like it's from your client.

DKIM

Signs outgoing mail to prove it wasn't altered. A revoked or misconfigured key fails silently — mail still sends, just gets flagged.

DMARC

Tells inboxes what to do with mail that fails the above, and where to send reports about it. Usually set once, rarely watched.

Blacklist

One shared IP or a bad sending pattern can get a domain listed on a spam blocklist — tanking deliverability domain-wide.

02 — WHY IT'S SHARPER FOR AN AGENCY

Every client domain is a separate, silent failure point — and you're the one who finds out last.

Your agency→ runs outbound for →Client A, B, C…→ each domain, own risk →one silent break

A single client's domain drifting out of compliance doesn't show up as an error — it shows up as "why did this campaign's replies drop 40% overnight," discovered days later, after the damage to that domain's reputation is already done.

03 — WHAT SENDCLEAR DOES

Three ways it's useful, all built on the same plain-English translation.

FREE

Instant checker

Paste any domain, get SPF/DKIM/DMARC/blacklist status right now — no signup. Good for a first pass on a new client's domain.

$19/MO PER DOMAIN

Daily monitoring

Re-checks every domain daily. Emails immediately on a real change — a stable domain stays quiet, so it doesn't become noise you tune out.

NEW

DMARC report translation

Point a domain's rua= at us and every raw aggregate report mailbox providers already send gets turned into plain English — see next slide.

04 — THE PART WORTH SEEING

This is a real DMARC report, before and after — including what to actually do about it.

Every mailbox provider already sends this data. Almost nobody reads it, because it looks like the left side — and even fewer get told what to do next.

What Google actually sends you
<record> <row> <source_ip>45.33.12.9</source_ip> <count>3</count> <policy_evaluated> <disposition>none</disposition> <dkim>fail</dkim> <spf>fail</spf> </policy_evaluated> </row> <auth_results> <dkim> <domain>unknown-mailer.biz</domain> <result>pass</result> </dkim> </auth_results> </record>
What SendClear sends instead

93% of 43 messages were sent by you — nothing to worry about there.

Issues

  • 3 messages claiming to be from the domain, but authenticated by unknown-mailer.biz with no forwarding explanation — this doesn't look like legitimate mail.
Fix: If this is a tool you actually use, add it to your SPF record or set up DKIM for it. If you don't recognize it, this may be spoofing — consider moving DMARC from p=none to quarantine.

05 — HOW IT WORKS

Three steps, then it runs itself.

1

Point a client's DMARC record at us

Add rua=mailto:reports@in.sendclear.io to the existing record — one DNS change, nothing else moves.

2

We translate every report that arrives

Real problems email you immediately with the specific fix. Clean reports get held and combined.

3

You choose the "all clear" cadence

Weekly, monthly, or never — set per domain. Nothing forces inbox noise on a domain that's healthy.

06 — PRICING

Simple to start. Happy to figure out the right shape for a full client roster.

$19/ month, per monitored domain — includes the DMARC translation, no add-on
With a full roster of client domains, per-domain pricing may not be the right shape for every agency — worth a quick conversation if that's you, rather than something we've priced in advance without knowing how you'd actually use it.
  • Live product, not a prototype — real billing, real daily monitoring, real DMARC ingestion running today
  • Blacklist detection backed by Spamhaus's authenticated Data Query Service, not a best-effort DNS guess
  • No login required to try it — self-serve cancel anytime for anything you do subscribe to
